JEDDAH – 10 August 2017: The Jeddah-based Organization of Islamic Cooperation (OIC) is getting ready for its biggest gathering in Astana early September set to discuss scientific and technical issues.

This is the first summit of its kind which will give a chance for setting strategies for science and technology for the coming ten years, OIC Assistant Secretary General for Science and Technology Muhammad Naeem Khan said on Thursday.

The strategy will set the priorities for what can be accomplished in the field of science and technology within a decade, Khan added.
