10 militants killed in military operations in Afghanistan

KABUL - 4 August 2017: At least 10 insurgents including Taliban and Haqqani terrorists were killed during Afghani counter-terrorism and clearance operations, the Khaama Press news agency reported.

An official said the militants suffered casualties during operations conducted in the vicinity of Pul-e-Alam district, the provincial capital of Logar province.

Provincial governor’s spokesman Shahpoor Ahmadzai confirmed that several Taliban and Haqqani network militants were killed in the joint operations.
