Sisi approves diplomatic reshuffle of Egyptian ambassadors

CAIRO - 2 August 2017: President Abdel Fatah al-Sisi approved on Tuesday a diplomatic reshuffle of Egyptian ambassadors abroad.

Under the reshuffle, the appointments came as follows:

Mohamed Edris, representative to the UN in New York
Alaa Yousef, representative to the UN mission in Geneva
Amgad Abdel Ghaffar, Ambassador to the Netherlands
Yasser Morad, Ambassador to Mexico
Ayman el Qaffas, Ambassador to Denmark
Laila Bahaa, Ambassador to Thailand
Nada Deraz, Ambassador to Malta
Omar Selim, Ambassador to Spain
Ayman Kamel, Ambassador to Japan
Ashraf Ibrahim, Ambassador to Morocco
Tareq el Qouni, Ambassador to Kuwait
Amin Malika, Ambassador to Argentina
Hesham el Naqib, Consul General in New York
Alaa Hegazy, Ambassador to Sweden
Medhat el Meligy, Ambassador to Cameroon
Adel Ibrahim, Ambassador to Azerbaijan
