Government deploys five mobile notary units to North Coast to relieve overcrowding

CAIRO – 27 July 2026: In line with directives from President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi to improve public services and accelerate digital transformation, Minister of Justice Mahmoud Helmy El-Sherif has ordered the deployment of five fully equipped mobile notary units to the North Coast region. The initiative aims to relieve heavy summer overcrowding and streamline daily transactions for citizens.

In addition to the North Coast deployment, the Minister directed extra mobile units to support high-traffic fixed offices across Greater Cairo. This move is designed to expand operational capacity, eliminate long wait times, and offer flexible digital alternatives that save citizens’ time and effort.

Operating on a "one-stop-shop" model, these mobile and upgraded offices are powered by modern technological systems and secure workflows. They are fully capable of delivering comprehensive real estate registration and notary services efficiently and on location.

This initiative reflects the Ministry of Justice’s ongoing efforts to expand advanced public services, reinforcing the state's commitment to building an integrated government service model in line with the goals of Egypt Vision 2030.
