President El-Sisi congratulates Rwanda on its Liberation Day, Venezuela on its Independence Day

CAIRO - 7 July 2026: Egyptian President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi sent a congratulatory message to President Paul Kagame of Rwanda on the occasion of the country's Liberation Day celebrations.

 

He also dispatched Mr. Hossam Zaatar, Secretary at the Presidency, to the Rwandan Embassy in Cairo to convey his congratulations.

 

The President also sent a similar congratulatory message to Ms. Delcy Elwina Rodríguez Gómez, President-designate of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela, on the occasion of its Independence Day celebrations.

 

He also dispatched Mr. Mohamed Reda El-Sayed, Secretary at the Presidency, to the Venezuelan Embassy in Cairo to convey his congratulations.
