CAIRO - 10 June 2026: Egyptian Minister of Higher Education Dr. Abdel Aziz Qansouh, affirmed the expansion of international partnerships in the field of technological education.
 
He explained that the Ministry is cooperating with Italy to establish three technological universities, in addition to developing joint specializations and study programs according to the latest international standards.
 
This will ensure the preparation of graduates who possess the skills and knowledge required in regional and international labor markets.
 
He clarified that these partnerships aim to provide students with an integrated educational and training experience that combines academic study with practical application, enabling graduates to obtain internationally recognized qualifications and competitive job opportunities in various global markets.
 
 
Advanced Training and Qualification Programs
 
He also explained that these partnerships include the implementation of advanced training and qualification programs in cooperation with major specialized Italian institutions and centers.
 
This ensures that students acquire the practical experience and professional skills required globally.
 
He emphasized that the main objective is to reduce the gap between educational outcomes and labor market needs, so that students graduate with an academic degree supported by a comprehensive package of applied skills and experience.
