This will be achieved through MOT Investment and Development Company, the investment arm of the Egyptian National Railways Authority.

The two ministers also witnessed the signing of a cooperation protocol between the two ministries regarding joint cooperation to maximize the use of advertising and promotional billboards located on public properties related to water resources and irrigation along the Nile River and waterways, within the distances specified in Article (10) of the Public Roads Law No. 84 of 1968.

The protocols were signed by Chairman of the General Authority for Roads and Bridges Engineer Mohamed Hassan Mostafa, and Head of the Technical, Financial, and Administrative Inspection Sector at the Ministry of Water Resources and Irrigation Engineer Iman Abdel Aziz.

The two ministers affirmed that the signing of these protocols aligns with the Egyptian state's vision for achieving comprehensive development and is consistent with the general directives to maximize the utilization of public assets, reflecting Egypt's Vision 2030. These protocols also contribute to leveraging the resources and assets owned by the Ministry of Water Resources and Irrigation, fostering greater cooperation and integration among state sectors, and developing the resources of its institutions.

This will contribute to improving and developing services provided to citizens, while also utilizing the technical and human capabilities available at MOT Investment and Development Company, the investment arm of the Egyptian National Railways Authority and the Ministry of Transport, and a leading company in real estate, advertising, and marketing investment.
