Egypt, India launch ‘Cyclone-4’ joint military exercise

CAIRO - 13 April 2026: Egyptian and Indian Thunderbolt forces began the "Cyclone-4" joint training exercise on Sunday at Egyptian combat training fields.

The multi-day exercise commenced with lectures aimed at unifying operational concepts and an exhibition of weapons and equipment. 

The training involves several activities designed to exchange expertise and combat skills between the two sides.

The drills are part of Egypt's strategy to strengthen military cooperation and exchange expertise with friendly nations.
