CAIRO – 5 April 2026: In line with its commitment to developing human capabilities and enhancing personal skills, Major General Sherif Gouda El-Araishi, Head of the Armed Forces Training Authority, signed a cooperation protocol with Dr. Ayman Mohamed Bahaa El-Din, Deputy Minister of Education and Technical Education.

 

The protocol aims to improve the educational process and curricula for non-commissioned officers, considered a key pillar of the Armed Forces. Starting in 2026, the Non-Commissioned Officer Teachers Institute will offer both the Egyptian Baccalaureate and the Technological Baccalaureate to its students, while leveraging technological expertise across various educational fields.

 

The signing ceremony was attended by Armed Forces commanders and officials from the Ministry of Education and Technical Education.
