CAIRO - 7 March 2026: The Qatari Ministry of Interior announced on Saturday that the security threat had subsided and the situation had returned to normal, urging everyone to adhere to the instructions issued by the relevant authorities, according to the Qatar News Agency.
Earlier, Iranian President Masoud Pezeshkian announced that the interim leadership council had approved a policy of not launching attacks on neighboring countries unless an attack against Iran was launched from them. He emphasized that Iran harbors no animosity towards any country in the region.
Pezeshkian apologized to neighboring countries, stating, "We have no enmity with them. The interim leadership council approved a policy of not launching attacks on neighboring countries unless an attack against Iran was launched from them."
He added, "The enemy must know that its dreams of our surrender will not be realized. We are committed to international law and humanitarian principles, and the enemy has no right to disregard our rights. We will stand firm until our last breath to bring our country out of this crisis."
