The university will include several colleges; including medicine, oral and dental medicine, pharmacy, physical therapy, nursing, engineering, science, computers and information and artificial intelligence, architecture and urban planning, arts and design, media, languages and translation, law, education, business and tourism and hotels.

Additionally, the university is authorized to establish further specialized colleges, higher institutes, academies, and research units.
