CAIRO – 18 December 2025: Egyptian Prime Minister Mostafa Madbouly, accompanied by a high-level delegation, arrived at Rafik Hariri International Airport in Beirut on Thursday. The visit is dedicated to strengthening bilateral cooperation and addressing pressing regional issues.
The Prime Minister was received at the airport by his Lebanese counterpart, Prime Minister Nawaf Salam. Also present to welcome the delegation were Lebanese Minister of Industry Joe Wadih Issa Khoury, who led the honorary reception, and Egyptian Ambassador to Lebanon Alaa Moussa.
Official proceedings will commence on Friday morning with a bilateral meeting between the two Prime Ministers at the Grand Serail (Government Palace). This session will be followed by expanded discussions involving members of both delegations and will conclude with a joint press conference.
