Wali to inaugurate conference on role of NGOs in combating corruption

CAIRO - 29 July 2017: Social Solidarity Minister Ghada Wali will inaugurate on Monday a conference on the role of NGOs in fighting corruption.

Under the auspices of Prime Minister Sherif Ismail, the conference will be organized by the ministry’s fighting corruption committee, in cooperation with the Egyptian association for cooperative studies.

The conference will be held at the Higher Institute of Cooperative & Managerial Studies in Munira district.

A blueprint for the NGOs interested in fighting corruption is expected to be outlined during the conference as part of the anti-corruption strategy 2014-2018.
