Egypt to host 7th World Conference on Constitutional Justice

CAIRO – 30 October 2025:  Egypt will host the seventh World Conference on Constitutional Justice (WCCJ), the largest international forum for constitutional and supreme courts.

President of the Supreme Constitutional Court, Counselor Boulos Fahmy Iskander, explained that the decision was made at the end of the current session in Madrid, attended by delegations from 125 countries.

 

Fahmy added that hosting the event marks an important achievement for Egypt, noting that this also proves international recognition of the independence of its constitutional judiciary, its protection of citizens’ rights and freedoms, and the country’s stability and security.
