Egyptian communities in Europe head to Brussels to welcome President El-Sisi

Cairo - 21 October 2025: In a scene filled with national pride and unity, large numbers of Egyptians from across Europe are heading to Brussels to welcome President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi during his participation in the upcoming European summit.

Members of the Egyptian diaspora expressed their deep appreciation for a leader who, they said, has restored Egypt’s stature on the global stage. They emphasized that the visit symbolizes the strong bond between the Egyptian leadership and its citizens abroad.

Dr. Nashaat Zenfel, Deputy Head of the Egyptian Cultural Club in the United States, praised the efforts of Egyptian communities in Europe, saying:

“We in America closely follow the preparations to welcome President El-Sisi in Brussels. This visit reaffirms Egypt’s international standing and the unity of its people at home and abroad.”

The “Watanak Amanah” (Your Homeland is a Trust) campaign also announced coordinated efforts among Egyptian communities in Austria, Germany, France, Belgium, and the Netherlands to organize a warm, patriotic reception for the President.

With Egyptian flags waving high, the event is expected to be a powerful display of loyalty, pride, and love for the homeland.
