He emphasized the historically strong relationship between Egypt and Armenia, noting its significant development in recent years, backed by the political leadership of both nations. He praised the Ministry's distinguished manufacturing and technical potential and its vital role as a key industrial arm in Egypt, particularly in deepening and localizing modern technologies.

The Ambassador underscored the importance of exchanging visits between technical delegations to accurately assess the technological and manufacturing capacities of both sides, which he believes is fertile ground for fruitful strategic partnerships. Sargsyan also commended the remarkable development in Egypt across various fields, particularly the adoption of digital transformation, modern manufacturing technologies, and the principles of the Fourth Industrial Revolution. He concluded by valuing Egypt's effective and influential role in regional and international peace and stability.
