CAIRO – 11 August 2025: Mostafa Madbouly, Prime Minister of Egypt, arrived in the Jordanian capital, Amman, this evening, leading a high-level delegation to take part in the 33rd session of the Egyptian-Jordanian Joint Higher Committee, currently being held in the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan.
Upon arrival at Marka Military Airport, the Prime Minister was warmly received by Eng. Yarub Qudah, Jordanian Minister of Industry, Trade and Supply and Minister of Honorary Mission; Mr. Yousef Al-Shawarbeh, Mayor of Amman; and Ambassador Amjad Al-Adayleh, Ambassador of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan to Egypt.
The committee will hold its official meetings tomorrow, Tuesday, under the joint chairmanship of the Prime Ministers of Egypt and Jordan. The session will culminate in the signing of several cooperation agreements across various sectors, aimed at strengthening bilateral ties and advancing cooperation to broader and more strategic levels.
Prime Minister Madbouly underscored that the regular convening of this joint committee reflects the genuine commitment of the political leadership in both countries to deepening bilateral relations—particularly in the economic sphere—and achieving tangible progress in areas of mutual interest.
