Over 20 injured in Los Angeles as vehicle plows into crowd

CAIRO – 19 July 2025: A vehicle drove into a crowd waiting to enter a nightclub on Santa Monica Boulevard in Los Angeles early Saturday morning, resulting in more than 20 injuries, including some in critical condition, according to US reports.

The identity of the driver has not been disclosed until the time of writing as investigations are ongoing.

According to the Los Angeles Fire Department, at least 20 people were hurt in the incident, including four to five individuals reported to be in critical condition.

Meanwhile, eight to ten are in serious condition, and another ten to fifteen have sustained injuries classified as fair.
