Journalists rally in solidarity with Al-Quds

CAIRO - 27 July 2017: A number of journalists arranged a rally on Wednesday in front of the Press Syndicate, to express rejection against violations carried out by Israeli forces against Al-Aqsa Mosque.

The journalists chanted against Israeli practices in the city of Al-Quds, raising Palestine flags.

During the past days, Israeli forces renewed clashes with the Palestinians after installing metal detectors and CCTV cameras at the entrances to Al-Aqsa compound. On July 14, Israeli forces prevented Muslims from performing Friday prayers in Al-Aqsa Mosque.

Two days ago, Al-Azhar Supreme Council of Scholar announced on Tuesday that they will be holding an international conference in Al-Quds city in late September. They plan to discuss decisions regarding Palestine.
