VIDEO: 6 presumably dead as plane crashes into US California neighborhood

CAIRO – 23 May 2025: A small plane crashed in a San Diego neighborhood in California, the United States, early Thursday morning, presumably killing all six people on board.

Local officials reported that the crash damaged several homes and vehicles in the Tierrasanta area.

Authorities indicated that no fatalities occurred on the ground, while the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) noted in its update on aviation incidents that six people were aboard the Cessna 550 when it crashed near Montgomery-Gibbs Executive Airport.

As of Thursday morning, about 100 residents were evacuated from their homes due to the crash.
