CAIRO - 14 May 2025: The Egyptian citizenship of two men born in Palestine and one born in Saudi Arabia were revoked per a Wednesday decree by Prime Minister Mostafa Madbouly.

Imad Mohamed Suleiman Qishta and Khaled Hamdan Abdul Qader Qishta, both born in Palestine, have been stripped of their Egyptian nationality for “residing outside of the country and joining a foreign entity that would forcibly undermine the country's social and economic system.”

Emad al-Din al-Abd Mahmoud Saada, born in Saudi Arabia, was also stripped of his Egyptian citizenship for “residing outside the country and joining a foreign entity.”
