CAIRO – 21 March 2025: The Sudanese army seized full control of the Presidential Palace in Khartoum on Friday, Sudan state TV and military sources said.
The army was conducting search operations in areas around the palace in pursuit of members of the paramilitary Rapid Support Forces (RSF), Alarabiya news channel quoted the sources as saying.
The RSF were not immediately available for comment.
