Egyptian, Sudanese FMs hold political consultation in Cairo

CAIRO – 23 February 2025: Egyptian Minister of Foreign Affairs, Emmigration, and Egyptian Expatriates Affairs Badr Abdelatty and his Sudanese counterpart Ali Youssef El-Sherif chaired, on Sunday, the meeting of the political consultation mechanism between Egypt and Sudan in the presence of the delegations of the two countries.

Minister Abdelatty had received his Sudanese counterpart earlier today at the headquarters of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in the New Administrative Capital.

The two ministers are scheduled to hold a joint press conference at the conclusion of the meetings.
