Upon arrival, the premier was received by South Sinai Governor Khaled Fouda and a number of executive leaderships in the governorate.

Madbouli inspected the new Sharm el Sheikh city council that has begun its experimental operation.

During his field visits, the premier was posted on rates of implementing the various projects in the different sectors nationwide on the ground.

Fouda said in remarks that the council's building is aiming to easily offer services to citizens through the single-window system.

The new eco-friendly council is considered as an ideal example reflecting serious steps taken by the Egyptian government to activate digital transformation, added the governor.

The prime minister also toured the developed unit of emergency and public safety and the technological center along with the center of Egypt's services in Sharm el Sheikh.

In this regard, the executive situation of the project of turning Sharm el Sheikh into a green city was tackled during the tour.

Madbouli also embarked on a tour of the central park in the governorate, where many cultural activities can be held.
