CAIRO - 26 April 2024: Zionist Aggression in Gaza The Zionist occupation flagrantly violated human rights and international laws during its 200-day onslaught on Gaza, which began on October 7, 2023. Apart from destroying the enclave, the Zionist entity claimed the lives of tens of thousands of civilians, including over 14,000 children.

This shocking figure highlights the international community's indifference to this humanitarian catastrophe.

Genocide and War of Starvation in Gaza The ongoing genocide committed by the Zionist occupation in Gaza, coupled with the continuous war of starvation, unfolds before the world's eyes.

The victims include innocent children, women, and elderly, amid the use of internationally prohibited weapons. Despite international outcry, the crimes perpetrated by the occupying entity remain largely unchecked.

Statement by Legislative Figures Issam Hilal, Deputy Head of the Constitutional and Legislative Affairs Committee in the Senate, emphasized the unprecedented massacres perpetrated by the occupying forces in Gaza over 200 days. He underscored the Zionist entity's impunity, fueled by support from some Western countries, and its systematic distortion of facts to evade accountability.

Amal Salama, Member of the Human Rights Committee in the House of Representatives, condemned the Zionist entity's disregard for humanity in its war on Gaza. She lamented the lack of a suitable international response to these heinous crimes, emphasizing the need for accountability and justice.

Human Rights in Question Salama questioned the West's silence on the staggering number of child casualties, highlighting the hypocrisy regarding human rights rhetoric. The continuous brutality inflicted by the Zionist occupation underscores the urgent need for international intervention to protect civilian lives and uphold human dignity.
