CAIRO - 12 April 2024: Divine providence saved 10 passengers from death and drowning in a boat fire incident, Thursday, near Shadwân Island in Hurghada. A fire broke out on the boat, but all passengers and crew were rescued without injuries.

 

The Red Sea security services received a notification of a massive fire on a boat carrying 10 passengers on a sea trip near Shadwân Island in Hurghada waters. Immediately, the boats near the scene of the incident headed towards the boat, and all passengers and crew were rescued.

 

The Red Sea Ambulance Service dispatched a number of ambulances to the scene of the incident, and it was confirmed that all passengers were safe.
