Nous travaillerons également sur la libération des otages et la coordination de nos efforts humanitaires à Gaza.
The Egyptian Foreign Ministry announced in a statement that Shoukry will meet with Jordanian Foreign Minister Ayman Safadi and his French counterpart, Stéphane Séjourné, at the Ministry’s headquarters in the new administrative capital. Subsequently, a tripartite joint press conference will be held.
In February, the Egyptian Foreign Minister and his Jordanian counterpart have warned of the extremely negative consequences of any Israeli ground offensive in the Palestinian city of Rafah, as it will further exacerbate the already dire humanitarian situation in the Gaza Strip.
The warning came during a meeting between the two top diplomats in Geneva on Monday, as they discussed the latest developments of the Israeli war on the Palestinian enclave, said Spokesman for the Foreign Ministry Ahmed Abu Zeid.
