Rafah crossing border continues to receive Palestinian injuried, humanitarian aid to Gaza Strip

Cairo - 5 February 2024: The Rafah Crossing Administration’s data regarding the crossing movement stated that 100 new Egyptian aid trucks entered from the Egyptian side to the Palestinian side through the Rafah Crossing gate. 
 
Egypt's side has received 448 individuals, including 40 wounded and sick, 25 of their companions, 82 holders of Egyptian passports, and 52 holders of foreign passports.
 
The Palestine Red Crescent Society also announced in a press statement that since the beginning of the entry of the humanitarian aid on 10/21/2023 and until 2/1/2024, a total of 9,831 trucks entered into Gaza Strip through the Rafah and Karam Salem crossings; the equivalent of 94.5 per day.
 
The Palestinian Red Crescent Society crews received 6,947 trucks from the Egyptian Red Crescent through the Rafah crossing from 10/21/2023 until 02/01/2024. The trucks contained food, water, relief aid, medical supplies and medicines.
