“Palestine Support Conference’ praises President Sisi’s ‘historic’ stance on Gaza

CAIRO – 19 October 2034: Egypt's Mostaqbal Watan (Nation's Future) Party, along with number of other political parties have expressed their full solidarity with the Palestinian people in Gaza and rejection to the forced displacement to any of the neighboring countries during the “Palestine Support” Conference held on Thursday.

The conference organized by Mostaqbal Watan party, was attended by 1,500 prominent political cadres from different currants affirmed their support for the Egyptian stance and the statements of the Egyptian political leadership regarding the Palestinian crisis.

They emphasized their complete rejection of the forced displacement of the Palestinian people from their land, the liquidation of the Palestinian cause, and brutal attacks and crimes against civilians in Gaza Strip.

Some of the participating parties were: Mostaqbal Watan, Protectors of the Homeland, Modern Egypt, Alliance of Egyptian Parties - Coordination Committee of Party's Youth Leaders and Politicians (CPYP) – The Conference - Freedom - Republican People - Al-Wafd - National Progressive Unionist Party - Justice and Democratic Generation.

Vice President of the Mostaqbal Watan Party, Ahmed Abdel Gawad, affirmed in his speech at the end of the conference, that all parties expressed absolute support for the ‘historic and honorable’ stance of the Egyptian state, led by President Abdel Fattah al Sisi, who rejected the liquidation of the Palestinian cause and the displacement of the Palestinians.

He also stressed support for the diplomatic efforts aiming at stopping the Palestinian bloodshed, deliver humanitarian aid to the Gaza Strip, and ending escalations.

The Conference declared complete rejection of the policies of collective punishment, forced displacement, and genocide pursued by Israel against the Palestinians.

The conference held Israel fully responsible for the situation in Gaza, due to its insistence on the absence of any horizon for a political solution.
