CAIRO - 19 October 2023: Secretary-General of the United Nations, Palestine, Saudi Arabia, and Turkey are among the countries that will attend a peace conference in Egypt Saturday.
The 2023 Egypt International Peace Summit will take place in the Administrative Capital to discuss means to de-escalate the situation in the Gaza Strip and the occupied Palestinian Territories.
Thus far, the leaders of Greece, UAE, Bahrain, Kuwait, Iraq, Italy, and Cyprus will also participate in the summit.
