BERLIN, Sept 15 (MENA) – Two German Air Force cargo planes took off from a military airfield near the city of Wunsdorf to deliver 30 tons of humanitarian aid to Libya, the German Ministry of Defense said in a statement

“The humanitarian aid shipment weighing 30 tons includes tents, cots, blankets, sleeping mats and electric generators. The total volume is 151 cubic meters,” the ministry said.

The German Ministry of Economic Cooperation and Development will also allocate €4 million to the needs of Libyans affected by the floods.
