CAIRO - 19 April 2023: North Sinai Governorate witnessed the organization of the longest iftar table on the beach of Arish, with a length of 5 kilometers, which brought together thousands of residents of the city of Arish, community and executive leaders, and religious symbols from the endowments and the church.
 
The table that brought together the people of North Sinai expressed the stability and security of the governorate, and the people sent a message from the beach of Al-Arish, "Sinai is safe and stable" after achieving the record for organizing the longest iftar table in Egypt.

Those in charge of the implementation of the initiative confirmed that it was voluntary, carried out by businessmen, and preparation and implementation began for it, inviting all the people of North Sinai governorate to attend it within the framework of the joy and happiness of the people of North Sinai with the elimination of terrorism, and to convey the message that "Sinai is safe."
 
A number of representatives of families in the city of Arish also announced the participation of families in attending their Iftar and invited all the residents of the centers in North Sinai.

The table, which is the largest of its kind in North Sinai, extended from the palm shade area to the Masaeed area on the Arish beach. Tents were allocated to receive those eating breakfast and to provide lighting.
 
It is noteworthy that the organization of a collective breakfast table for families and families in North Sinai came in response to the proposal of the youth of the city of Arish, that the city witness this year, in conjunction with the return of stability and security, the organization of an iftar table that includes all spectrums of Sinai society, and in turn, businessmen presented their proposal to bear the costs of organizing the table and invite the people to it.
