CAIRO- 7 March 2023: Italian Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation, Antonio Tajani stressed, Tuesday, the need to move forward with the two-state solution regarding the Arab-Israeli conflict, noting that he will head to Egypt next week, according to the Italian Nova Agency.

In a press conference at the Italian Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Tajani said, "Israel's independence and security is a priority, but the solution that leads to the establishment of two independent states must move forward," noting 'Israel is a strategic partner for Italy, and the relations between the two countries are excellent'.

The Italian Foreign Minister indicated that he will visit Israel on Sunday and Monday, then to the West Bank before heading to Egypt.
