Egypt establishes its first global city for trade of new, used cars

CAIRO - 7 January 2023: Egypt has completed the establishment of its first city for trade of new and used cars, to be an alternative to the car market in Nasr City.
 
The global city will include a free zone and a used car sale area, the agency complex area, traffic offices, car showrooms, and the rest of the services provided to the customers. 
 
Below is the details of the new global city:
 
The market is located on Al-Ain Al-Sokhna Road, along the Mohamed Naguib axis, in the Wadi Degla area
 
The market is built on 57 acres and includes 8 car maintenance workshops.
 
It has 10 restaurants and cafeterias, and 14 traffic offices.
 
It includes 5 public prosecution offices, and 9 real estate offices.
 
It has 7 administrative offices and an integrated set of high-level services.
 
The market can accommodate 4,000 cars, and many parking lots.
 
It has 7 bank headquarters.
 
It contains commercial buildings and administrative headquarters.
 
It contains an integrated system of surveillance cameras and electronic gates.
 
The City provides maintenance centers for periodic and emergency check-ups.
 
It has places to buy auto parts and shops that include many of the requirements of the car market.
 
It also includes headquarters of the real estate registry and other headquarters help provide a lot of ways for users, for example, it allows the completion of buying and selling operations with complete ease, through the banking area to complete withdrawals and deposits for a safer system.
 
And it opens new horizons for the labor market, where many citizens want to accomplish many tasks in one place, to save time and effort as well.
