CAIRO - 14 July 2017: El-Amerya First Instance Court renewed Thursday detention of 233 Ultras members (Zamalek football club hardcore fans) for 15 days pending investigations. Detention of Ultras renewed on basis of riots witnessed in Borg el Arab Stadium after Zamalek and Libyan Al-Ahli Tripoli match days ago.

West Alexandria persecution started extensive investigations with 233 Zamalek Ultras members at Alexandria Security directorate premises. The said members were proven involved in the violence and riots incidents taken place in the aftermath of Zamalek-Al-Ahli Tripoli match.
