Sisi inspects control operations center of national network for emergency, public safety

CAIRO – 12 April 2022: Egypt’s President Abdel Fattah El Sisi inspected on Tuesday the control and follow-up operations center of the national network for emergency and public safety.

The president listened to a detailed explanation on the center, which adopts the latest technological standards, according to Presidential Spokesman Bassam Rady.



The center enhances rapid communications between governorates, links all emergency and vital facilities, along with receiving communications and complaints from citizens.

Rady affirmed that the center is a key body that helps enhance the emergency and public safety system.

The president contacted the governors of Suez, Ismailia, Port Said, South Sinai and Luxor via the emergency system to make sure that it is operating well.

Sisi issued directives to ensure full coordination among all bodies concerned to achieve the targets of the system.

The President also directed the governors to continue following the markets during the holy month of Ramadan to ensure that prices are controlled and goods are provided to citizens at reasonable prices.
