CAIRO – 13 July 2017: Human rights advocate Dalia Ziyada has revealed in a Wednesday interview with Egypt Today that Qatar supports a wide network of both English and Arabic websites that serve its policies.

Moreover, Ziyada, the executive director of the Liberal Democracy Institute of Egypt, said Qatar also sponsors a number of human rights organizations to berate and defame Arab countries.

One of the organizations founded by Qatar is the Britain-based Emirate for Human Rights, which was founded in coordination with Anas Altikriti, the CEO and founder of the Cordoba Foundation.

The Cordoba Foundation has long been criticized for its links to the Muslim Brotherhood and Hamas.

In late 2014, the Cordoba Foundation was listed as a terrorist group by the United Arab Emirates, along with the more than 75 other international Muslim organizations.

Another foundation, according to Ziyada, is the Benevolence Coalition for Humanitarian Relief, headed by Sheikh Yousuf al-Qaradawi, which includes around 50 charity organizations, all to serve the Qatari regime and its schemes.
