Egypt, Jordan sign 5 cooperation documents

CAIRO – 21 February 2022: The 30th Egyptian-Jordanian Joint Supreme Committee convened in Cairo Monday resulting in the signing of a number of MoUs, cooperation protocols, and executive programs in various fields in the presence of the prime ministers of both countries.

 

Two MoUs were signed in the sectors of logistics zones, and agricultural quarantine. That is in addition to a cooperation protocol in the field of media. As for executive programs, one was launched in the sector of high education, and the other was in the sector of youths and is effective between 2022-2024.  

 

Prime Minister Moustafa Madbouli met Sunday with his visiting Jordanian counterpart Beshr al Khasawna to discuss bilateral cooperation and regional issues of mutual concern.


Khasawna is leading a ministerial delegation on an official visit to Egypt. He is accompanied by his ministers of transport, energy, finance, social development, trade and industry.
