152 job opportunities for differently abled people at Port Said job fair

CAIRO – 12 February 2022: The Directorate of Manpower in Port Said organized an awareness symposium and a forum for the employment of people with special abilities.

 

A total of 11 companies provided 152 job opportunities in the Free Zone for Investment during the job fair, in the presence of company officials who seek to meet the employment quota of 5% for people with disabilities.

 

The committee headed by the head of the directorate, Mr. Al-Sinjabi, provided job opportunities, signed the contract and form insurances for all applicants.

 

The number of contracts signed reached 100 work contracts, which will be handed over by the Minister of Manpower, Muhammad Saafan, in a celebration soon, within the framework of the initiative ‘Haya Karima’ launched by President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi.

 

Al-Sinjabi,  the head of the directorate, stressed the importance of providing decent job opportunities for differently abled people  and integrating them into society to provide a "dignified life" for them. The seminar further discussed Law No. 10 of 2018 for People of Determination and the Rights of Persons with Disabilities.
