Sisi to meet Italian delegation in Cairo

CAIRO – 11 July 2017: President Abdel Fatah al-Sisi will meet at Ittihadiya Palace in Cairo on Tuesday with an Italian delegation led by head of the Italian Senate's Defense Commission, Nicola Latorre.

The meeting is set to discuss Egypt-Italy relations, bilateral security cooperation between the two countries, and means to face terrorism and irregular migration.

On Monday, Parliament Speaker Ali Abdel Aal met with the head of the delegation Latorre and tackled ways of enhancing Parliamentary cooperation between Egypt and Italy.

Abdel Aal said the relations between Egypt and Italy are long-standing and historic in all fields.
