Press conference launches Egypt's second military exhibition EDEX 2021, expected to receive 30,000 visitors

CAIRO - 24 November 2021: A press conference lauching Egypt's second defence exhibition EDEX 2021 was held Sunday by top military chiefs.

EDEX 2021 will be held Nov.29-Dec.2 in Cairo International Convention and Exhibition Center, hosting 21 international pavilions from all across the glove. Over 30,000 people are expected to attend the event, which includes some 400 exhibitors. 
 
 
Minister of Military Production Mohamed Ahmed, head of the Arab Organization for Industrialization Abdel Moneim al-Teras, head of the International Arab Optical Company Tarek Saad, and Thomas Gaunt, the managing director of the organizing company, attended the conference.
 
Military attache of several countries, military advisors, and many reporters were also at the conference.
 
Minister of Defense Mohamed Zaky Previously said the expo will create new horizons of cooperation between Egypt and several countries, as EDEX becomes an effective international venue to showcase the latest military systems.
