CAIRO – 2 November 2021: President Abdel Fatah al-Sisi met Monday with President of Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Glasgow Jackie Taylor on the sidelines of the UN Climate Change Conference (COP26).

The presidency's statement noted that Taylor hailed the recent signing of a cooperation protocol between her establishment and Egypt's Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Thinking. The protocol aims for enhancing education and training delivered to medical students. It also includes introducing a branch of the college in Egypt, and offering scholarships to Egyptian physicians.
