CAIRO - 15 Septemebr 2020: Prime Minister Moustafa Madbouli on Wednesday attended the signing ceremony of an agreement by different ministries and governorates on climate change and reducing air pollution in Greater Cairo.


The agreement was signed by Minister of Planning and Economic Development Hala El Saeed, Minister of International Cooperation Rania El Mashaat, Minister of Local Development Mahmoud Shaarway, Minister of Health and Population Hala Zayed and Minister of Environment Yasmin Fouad along with Minister of Transport Kamel Wazir.

The agreement is part of a project that was launched by the government for minimizing air pollution and confronting climate change, said Mashaat in statements.

The project is financed by the World Bank, said Mashaat, adding that it will be implemented through partnership by parties concerned.
