Sisi names new bridges after army general Omar Soliman, former Housing Minister Hasaballah El-Kafrawy

CAIRO – 11 August 2021: Egypt’s President Abdel Fattah El Sisi directed on Wednesday establishing a new axis, that will be named after former housing minister engineer Hasaballah el Kafrawy, according to presidential spokesman Bassam Radi.

He added that the newly-built axis will link the Ring Road south of Field Marshal Tantawi axis with upscale Cairo suburb of Maadi.

Sisi also directed that a new bridge of Gamal Abdel Nasser axis will be named after late larmy general Omar Soliman. The newly-built axis will link the Ring Road with the Fifth Settlement district in New Cairo.

Earlier, Sisi also directed naming the new bridge that intersects with Taha Hussein Axis in the Fifth Settlement district after Olympic champion Feryal Ashraf and naming a new bridge over Mohamed Naguib Axis in east Cairo area after late Comedian Samir Ghanem.
