CAIRO – 12 July 2021: Minister of Foreign Affairs Sameh Shokry examined with his Maltese counterpart Evarist Bartolo Sunday aspects of bilateral cooperation, and continuous consultation over regional issues of mutual interest, such as the Libyan crisis, illegal migrations, and combating terrorism.

 

The foreign minister headed Sunday to Brussels to deliver a message from President Abdel Fatah al-Sisi to the president of the European Union Council.

 

The minister is also holding meetings with the foreign ministers of EU countries and senior officials at the European Commission to confer over bilateral relations and regional affairs of mutual interest.
