Two terrorists killed in fire exchange in Cairo suburb

CAIRO – 8 July 2017: Two terrorists affiliated with Hasm terrorist group were killed Saturday in an exchange of fire Saturday with the police in Cairo’s suburb 6 October City.

The bodies were transferred to the morgue, and public prosecution has started investigation.

A security source told Egypt Today that National Security has been informed that both terrorists were hiding in an apartment in 6 October City. The police have been looking for them as they were convicted in several cases.

The fire exchange occurred as they fired at the police forces when they got close to their location.

“Weapons, ammunitions, and some papers related to the group were found with them,” the security source said.
