CAIRO – 7 July 2017: The Syrian Observatory for Human Rights (SOHR) said Friday that at least five people were killed and others wounded in a bombing by the US-led international coalition and the Syrian Democratic Forces (SDF) in the city of Raqqa, eastern Syria.

The London-based SOHR explained that the coalition-backed Syrian forces managed to control several areas in the eastern part of the old city, following violent clashes with terrorist Daesh group militants, US Al Hurra TV news channel reported.

The SDF, which include Arab and Kurdish fighters managed to regain control of four neighborhoods in the city.
