Kuwaiti Amir offers condolences over Saudi attack victims

CAIRO – 4 July 2017: Kuwaiti Amir Sheikh Sabah Al Ahmad Al Jaber Al Sabah on Tuesday sent a cable of condolences to Saudi King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud over the "martyrdom" of a Saudi security man and injury of three others in a terrorist attack in Al-Qatif in the Eastern Region, KUNA reported.

In the cable, the Amir voiced Kuwait's condemnation of this heinous terrorist attack that targeted innocents and aimed at disrupting security and stability in Saudi Arabia.

The Amir expressed sympathy with the Kingdom, and supported all measures taken by Saudi authorities to fight terrorism and safeguard its security and stability.

The Amir also reiterated Kuwait's rejection of terrorism in all its manifestations and forms, wishing speedy recovery of the injured and security of Saudi Arabia and its people.

Two other cables of condolences were sent by Kuwaiti Crown Prince Sheikh Nawaf Al Ahmad Al Jaber Al Sabah and Prime Minister Sheikh Jaber Al Mubarak Al Hamad Al Sabah.
