Youssef Ziedan’s 'Fardaqan' published in Italian

Ziedan posted on his official Facebook account photos of the recently released Italian version of his novel, and commented: “I received these copies of the Italian translation of 'Fardaqan' from Milan. The translation was done by Neri Puza Publishing House.”

The award was established in 2007 in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates, where it is based. It is organized by a funding from the Abu Dhabi Tourism and Culture Authority and sponsored by the British Booker Award Foundation.
