Egypt 1st supporter for reconstruction, security, stability of Libya: Council of Elders

Chairman of the Libyan Council of Elders Mohamed Idris el Maghrabi said on Tuesday that Egypt is the first supporter for the reconstruction, security and stability of Libya.
